Wavin' Flags @ FIFA Fan Fest

K'naan recently performed @ South Africa's FIFA Fan Fest, and the response was great, check out a review of his performance here. The article quotes K'naan saying:

“It’s so exciting to be part of this epic journey and see Africa’s excitement for the World Cup first-hand."

and in reference to "Wavin' Flag":

“It is a song of hope and speaks to the people from all walks of life. The message in the song is that of hope and inspiration and the struggle of the people of Africa. I have been amazed to hear kids in Soweto singing along to it.”
