There, he reflects on his music by going through some old records, such as Black Star, NAS, and Chubb Rock, that inspired him, He talks about growing up in Somalia during the peaceful time, but remembers how quickly things changed when the war started. People were running around just trying to survive and a lot of his family and friends were killed. I can't even imagine what that experience was like for him.
